Your Estimated Corporate Tax
Your estimate is not shown here. Our team will review your details and send it to you.
Important Disclaimer
This calculator provides an estimate only. Your final Corporate Tax liability can depend on adjustments, exemptions, reliefs, tax losses, tax credits, Free Zone status and other factors specific to your business. It should not be treated as a Corporate Tax Return calculation or professional tax advice.
Why Your Final Corporate Tax May Differ From the Estimate
Our Corporate Tax Calculator can apply the standard rate to an amount of Taxable Income, but calculating the correct Taxable Income can require a more detailed review.
Your final liability may be affected by factors such as:
- Adjustments to accounting income
- Deductible and non-deductible expenditure
- Exempt income
- Available Tax Losses
- Foreign Tax Credits
- Related-party transactions
- Free Zone Corporate Tax rules
- Available reliefs
- Other provisions applying to your structure or activities
The more complex your business is, the more important it becomes to verify the underlying Taxable Income rather than relying only on a headline calculation.
What to Do After Calculating Your Corporate Tax
Your estimate is a useful starting point. The next step is making sure the number can be supported by your accounting records and Corporate Tax position.
STEP 1
Confirm your accounting records.
Make sure the income, expenses and balances used for the Tax Period are complete and properly recorded.
STEP 2
Determine your Taxable Income.
Review whether Corporate Tax adjustments, reliefs or exemptions affect the accounting result.
STEP 3
Check your registration and filing position.
Corporate Tax registration and Corporate Tax filing are separate compliance requirements.
STEP 4
Prepare your Corporate Tax Return.
Registered Taxable Persons must generally submit their return and settle Corporate Tax payable within the applicable filing deadline.

Keep supporting records.
Maintain the documentation required to support the amounts and tax treatments reported.

UAE Corporate Tax Calculator FAQs
How is Corporate Tax calculated in the UAE?
For most Taxable Persons under the standard regime, Corporate Tax is calculated at 0% on Taxable Income up to and including AED 375,000 and 9% on the amount above AED 375,000.
The final calculation can change where reliefs, exemptions, Free Zone rules or other Corporate Tax provisions apply.
Is UAE Corporate Tax calculated on revenue or profit?
Corporate Tax is not simply charged on total business revenue.
Taxable Income generally starts from the accounting net profit or loss for the Tax Period, with adjustments made where required under UAE Corporate Tax rules.
Does 9% Corporate Tax apply to the full profit?
Not under the standard rate structure.
For most Taxable Persons, the first AED 375,000 of Taxable Income is subject to 0%, while the amount above AED 375,000 is generally subject to 9%.
Can a business with revenue below AED 3 million claim Small Business Relief?
Eligible Resident Persons with revenue not exceeding the applicable AED 3 million threshold may be able to elect Small Business Relief, subject to the relevant conditions.
The Ministry of Finance announced in August 2026 that the relief period has been extended to Tax Periods ending on or before 31 December 2029.
Do Free Zone companies pay 0% Corporate Tax?
Not automatically.
A Qualifying Free Zone Person may benefit from a 0% rate on Qualifying Income when all applicable requirements are met. Free Zone businesses should therefore assess their tax position rather than assuming their entire income qualifies for 0%.
Do I still need to file if the calculator shows zero Corporate Tax?
A zero estimated liability does not by itself remove a business's registration or filing obligations.
Registered Taxable Persons generally still need to submit the required Corporate Tax Return within the applicable deadline, including where relief may apply.
When is a UAE Corporate Tax Return due?
Corporate Tax Returns and Corporate Tax payable are generally due within nine months from the end of the relevant Tax Period.
Your exact filing date therefore depends on your financial year and Tax Period.
Is the CZTA Corporate Tax Calculator a final tax calculation?
No. The calculator provides an estimate based on the information entered.
Your final Corporate Tax liability may require adjustments for reliefs, exemptions, expenses, losses, tax credits, Free Zone treatment and other circumstances. Speak to a CZTA tax expert if you need your position reviewed before filing.
